Imagine yourself being that strong tree, whose roots are firmly rooted on the ground.

Now picture a clear blue sky above you and the light of the sun descending over you, starting from the head to the foot. Imagine the sun’s rays lighting up your mind, clearing up what is bothering you. Imagine those rays scanning your body and looking for those negative energies. After powerfully imagining these things happening to you, picture yourself growing up like a tree. Then feel yourself growing powerfully until you can see that beautiful bird’s eye view of the forest. Now open your eyes. On most cases, that exercise can clear up your mind and make it relax a bit. This visualization can be a powerful treatment for anxiety disorders.
