These are the most common symptoms of anxiety attacks.

Some of them are not at all proven but there have been some claims that they are effective and have well worked for them. There has been some conspiracy lately with the treatments used to eliminate anxiety attacks. Others claim that the only cure for anxiety attacks is by taking medicines.
