Symptoms of Anxiety Attack

There are many symptoms of anxiety attack. The complex nervous disorder has opened the way to countless assumptions and theories about the subject of panic and anxiety. What scares you is that these people are not saying anything at all. They are just following you. You try to look back halfway in order to take a glimpse but then you seem to hear a metal thing running through the walls. Then you panic as you suddenly realize that you are being followed by goons or a gang.

Then all these things suddenly came into your mind – you being beaten to death, your money robbed, and you coming home as a dead bloody corpse after a few days of search by the police. All those assumptions suddenly ready up your body and you feel a rush of adrenalin in your gut. Before you know it, you feet are running like crazy away from the alley. You don’t stop until you get out and see a lot of people around. You realize now that you are safe. You just survived the threat of your life. Thanks to your fight or flight response, you are very much alive.
