When you wake up each morning, get up in bed and do some stretching exercises. Start with your head, then to your arms and into your feet. This simple first step will get your blood flowing faster in your veins, and our body will go on working mode. This will also make you more alert and energized for the day.  Take a good and fresh shower and imagine the water cleansing away the negative energies and thoughts from the previous day.

Now, you are clean and this day will be a new beginning as well as a clean start for you. You might want to remember that. Now after the cool shower, try to sit in a chair and begin doing some relaxation and meditation techniques. Try breathing in and out deeply and as you do it, imagine breathing out those anxieties and fears away. You can also write down some positive and encouraging notes in your journal.

A journal can also be a good anxiety attack relief since you have the chance to express yourself in paper. You can do probably three to five minutes of deep breathing exercises and also five minutes for writing down your thoughts in your journal. Treat your journal as your best friend. Write down all your thoughts and don’t bother holding them inside.

Now take your healthy breakfast topped with fruits and a glass of milk or juice. If you want to get more time in preparing for the day, you can try waking up earlier.
