First, when inhaling air, try to imagine the air filling up your diaphragm. Picture it occupying your whole stomach area. Then when you inhale air, allow your stomach muscles to expand. You must remember that you would want to breathe using your nose and not our mouth or anywhere else. Breathe air into your nostrils and count to three.

Once the air is inside your stomach, try to hold it for about 4 to 5 seconds. Then breathe out from your out slowly counting from 5 to 1. Upon exhaling, let out us sign of relief to trigger those healing energies. When you do the process of exhaling, imagine those fears and worries of yours being expelled out from your body. Repeating this process can be a great way to keep a relaxed state. Anxiety and treatment indeed are on both ends of the line.
